Admission Process Overview
The admission process for Ayurvedic courses (B.A.M.S and M.D./M.S.) at Patanjali Ayurved College are regularized by Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun, in accordance with the guidelines of the NCISM, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Admissions typically begin in June each year, following the university's official schedule.
- B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery): To secure admission in the B.A.M.S. program, candidates must first qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Shortlisted candidates, based on NEET scores, are then invited for counseling in order of merit. The final selection is made through a transparent and merit-based process managed by Uttarakhand Ayurved University.
- M.D./M.S. (Ayu.) (Postgraduate Courses): For admission to the M.D./ M.S. (Ayu.) courses, candidates must qualify the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET). The university invites qualified candidates for counseling based on their merit rankings, ensuring a fair and systematic admission procedure.
