Department of Prasuti Tantra and Stree Roga is a significant branch of Ayurveda mainly dealing with child birth and female reproductive organ disorders. Prasuti Tantra deals with complete knowledge of diagnosis, investigation and treatment in antenatal care, pregnancy related complications, delivery and post- natal care as per Ayurveda. While Stree Roga deals with Ayurvedic management of gynaecological diseases as well as maintenance of reproductive health. The main objective is to promote healthy progeny through preconceptional counselling , maintain healthy state of female reproductive system, prevent and treat female reproductive disorder through holistic approach as Rajaswala Paricharya. With this, under the guidance of experienced faculty members, students learn to analyse patient’s symptoms and to treat the underlying diseases with the help of inspection , Yoni Prakshalana, Yoni Pichu, Yoni Dhoopana, Yoni Poorana, Uttar Basti.
